Mexanese Mumbo Jumbo

As some of you know, I'm taking a photography class and enjoying it a lot.

This week, we're doing a studio shoot and bringing in models. I'm pretty excited and pretty anxious/nervous all at the same time.

The reason for my anxiety are tri-fold:

1. I'm far more comfortable with inanimate objects or candid shots. Neither require me to 'direct' the pose.
2. Whenever I'm out of my natural element, I tend to get a bit shy simply because, I have not real clue what I'm doing and I don't want to look like an idiot.
3. I don't have the foggiest idea what type of portrait shots to take.
